Part Time Front Desk Coordinator - Atlanta, GA

We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Wellness Coordinators to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a Wellness Coordinator, your role goes beyond managing patient intake and completing administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to use your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patients, all while educating them on the tremendous benefits of routine chiropractic care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales.
• Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous office management or marketing experience a plus.
• Bilingual preferred.
