Job Description
The Disease Specific Care Field Representative applies sophisticated analysis skills to determine a healthcare organization's degree of compliance with applicable program standards. They engage healthcare organization staff in interactive dialogues to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improving compliance.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree in Nursing
- CPHQ certification through National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
- Five years clinical experience with the care of rehab patients
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- 100% nationwide travel required
- .48 FTE (2 weeks per month) availability
