Job Description
Join The Kennedy Collective, a nonprofit empowering people with disabilities, as a Clinical Direct Support Professional. Provide hands-on support using ABA and trauma-informed practices to foster growth and independence in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with significant behavioral needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform PMT interventions as needed
