Memory Care Aide 6pm-6am $19-$21 (Full Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Aide to join our team at The KentRidge Senior Living in Kent, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be an "Advocate of Empathy", a "Patient Observer", a "Master of the Mise en Scène", and a "Life Partner" who can create human connection with residents and partner with them to achieve daily life tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Criminal clearance
