Maintenance Technician - Second Shift

The Krusteaz Company is looking for a Second Shift Maintenance Technician to join the Manhattan team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set to identify and resolve causes of mechanical downtime and identify opportunities for improvement in the production process.

Requirements

• Supporting production by bringing equipment to base condition through a variety of Industrial Maintenance functions.
• Collaborating with production staff to enhance the reliability of production equipment, and completion of repair tasks in a manner that minimizes reactive downtime.
• Performing grounds maintenance, as necessary.
• Responsible for repairs, maintenance of the facility as to come within compliance with outside agency audits (AIB, BRC, OSHA, etc.)
• Displays an understanding of working with electrical and electronic components such as wiring, relays, sensors, human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and PLCs.
• Supports maintenance of all packaging/processing equipment in the plant.
