Packaging Support - Night Shift

The Krusteaz Company is seeking a Packaging Support - Night Shift employee to work on a 4-3-2 rotating schedule. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and operating packaging equipment. Requirements

• Work Night from 7:00PM - 7:30AM, 4-3-2 Rotating Schedule
• Read and follow directions correctly, written and verbal, continuously.
• Stand and walk on a cement floor, continuously.
• Bend and lift, using proper lifting techniques, up to 50 lbs., occasionally.
• Climb and balance on an 18 to 20 ft. ladder, occasionally.
• Twist at waist and reach at or below shoulder height, frequently.
• Ability to support production at line standards, continuously (i.e.: bag tucking, packing/stacking, component placing).
• Ability to operate packaging equipment at standard, occasionally.
• Ability to work in high and confined spaces, occasionally.
• Ability to complete product and packaging change overs on equipment, occasionally.
• Ability to fill and transfer bulk bags up to 50 lbs. to meet standard efficiencies, occasionally.
