Job Description
TLG is seeking Freelance Onsite Interpreters for ALL LANGUAGES in the Hampton Roads area. The interpreters must have high-level fluency of target language, knowledge of medical, educational, and social services terminology, and superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 6 months minimum of interpreting experience preferred
- 40 + hours of formal Interpreter Training along with fluency tests scores (English and Target Language)
- State or National Certification (VQAS 3+ or RID) for medical work
- EIPA 4+ for educational work
