Legal Financial Controller

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic financial planning. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The Financial Controller will provide insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to informed decision-making and the firm's sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience working in a law firm or similar services industry is desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
