Administrator

Join a mission-driven solar energy team as an Administrator and make an impact while working remotely. The role supports the Managing Director and wider team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven administrative experience
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the MD and wider team
• Manage calls, emails, and client communications professionally and promptly
• Maintain records, update CRM (PipeDrive), and handle sales lead coordination
• Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and compliance documentation
• Schedule site surveys, installations, and maintenance visits
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate logistics for materials and deliveries
• Support finance with reporting, invoicing, and audit preparation
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and aftercare services
