We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding our global footprint, develop business development strategies, identify new partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or recruitment
- Fluent in professional English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting growth KPIs
- Strong communicator and negotiator with leadership aptitude
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms such as monday.com, HubSpot, or Agile CRM
- Thrives in a remote-first environment; self-disciplined and organised
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
