We are a well-established specialist recruitment firm looking for a Business Development Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help expand our in-house accountancy client base in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely from South Africa, joining a supportive and ambitious team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Finance and Accountancy recruitment is preferred but not essential
- Proven background in B2B sales or business development
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Driven by results and motivated by achieving targets
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setup
- Quick learner with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working UK hours from South Africa
