Business Development Representative (UK Market)

The Legends Agency is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in the UK market. The successful candidate will be responsible for making bold moves, closing big wins, and working with leadership to refine sales processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven outbound sales or BDR experience
• Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
• Fluent, professional English written and spoken with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
• Experience working on a CRM platform (e.g., Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Resilient, target-driven, and a true self-starter
• Able to work UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
• A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
