Job Description
Support bespoke UK & Ireland events with a leading inbound tour operator as an Event and Operations Assistant Co-ordinator. This role requires occasional evening and weekend work and a flexible, detail-oriented approach to ensure every event runs smoothly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a MICE event role within a UK Inbound travel agency or tour operator
- Strong UK and Ireland geographical knowledge (venues, hotels, restaurants)
- Fluent in English (Italian is a bonus)
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and strong communication
- Able to work under pressure and across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Tour Plan, Canva, Trip Creator, and Mailchimp are a plus)
- Self-motivated with a professional telephone manner and customer liaison abilities
