Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in relocation or service industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- Prior exposure to U.S.-based clients is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Advanced Excel and overall strong computer literacy
- Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented, flexible approach
- Service-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
