Marketing Manager - CTP

Requirements

• 3 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with 12 years in a lead or managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong command of tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing systems, and CRM tools
• Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, campaign design, and marketing metrics
• Strong analytical ability and results-driven mindset
• Experience in the arts or creative industries is highly desirable
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to manage projects independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
