We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Delivery team, providing exceptional customer service and making exceptional placements that drive our success. You will work with our diverse client base, building long-term relationships and consistently managing high volumes of candidates while maintaining exceptional quality.
Requirements
- Qualifying client requirements and motivations
- Sourcing passive and active candidates
- Creating job advertisements and candidate profiles
- Conducting candidate screening processes
- Managing candidate and client information
- Ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
Benefits
- Basic salary: R24k
- Commission structure with 5-7k/month on track commissions
