Student Success Advisor

We're looking for a highly motivated Student Success Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a background in a design-related field and be passionate about seeing our students succeed in their design education.

Requirements

• Background in design through education or some professional experience
• Proficient in design tools, such as Figma
• Experienced in customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently but also a team player
• Flexible in using various software platforms
