Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join their team at The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, Missouri. The Care Partner will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments and assisting with activities of daily living. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for long periods
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Criminally cleared
