OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

This OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST position focuses on evaluating and treating patients with impairments affecting upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and perception. The role involves designing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to promote independence and improve functional abilities. The position requires a strong understanding of growth and development principles.

Requirements

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Bachelors Occupational Therapy Required
• Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated flexibility in meeting demands
• Demonstrated clinical competence in Occupational Therapy
• Ability to perform all duties in a courteous and kind manner
• Ability to assist other members of the health care team
• Ability to conduct business in a respectful manner
• Ability to meet the Standards of Behavior and Employee Relations Code
