Job Description
The Michaels Organization is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the management, coordination, and maintenance of a property or properties in Reserve at Fox River, IL. This full-time, full-on-site role involves ensuring residents have a safe and well-maintained community, managing staff, preparing for rental vacancies, and maintaining financial records. It is a community-focused position focused on both operational excellence and positive community relations.
Requirements
- Two or more years’ experience in multi-family residential property management
- Two or more years of college education
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and conflict resolution skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
