Job Description
Michaels Organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance duties for residential units. The role involves basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and assisting with regular inspections. The company prioritizes teamwork, safety, and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Perform basic electrical repairs on appliances and fixtures.
- Perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, framing windows, and refinishing floors.
