Case Surveyor

One of our DC government partners is looking for experienced case managers to support services provided to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities here in the district. This individual will be responsible for traveling to various providers throughout the city and assessing the programs and services being offered.

Requirements

• Reviews the quality of services being provided in the DC service delivery system for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Home based but most of the days would be working in the field conducting review activity in people’s homes, in day programs, or at provider offices
• Surveyor activity includes record reviews, interviews, and observations
• Time management and task management are critical skills needed to be successful in this position
• This is a full time position (40 hours/week)
