Job Description
Mill Adventure is a fast-growing start-up building an iGaming platform, valuing innovation and operational excellence. They are seeking a BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across compliance, marketing, and operational efficiency. The role involves developing reports, supporting expansion into new jurisdictions, and collaborating with various internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
- Strong familiarity with the iGaming industry and jurisdictional reporting mandates
- Working knowledge of AWS data stack (e.g., Athena, S3, Glue, Redshift) is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
