Job Description
The Development & Donor Engagement Manager supports The Miracle Project's fundraising and community engagement efforts by executing individual donor outreach, coordinating parent-led fundraising initiatives, and implementing fundraising campaigns created by an external consultant.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in donor outreach, fundraising coordination, or relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and follow through independently
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain respectful, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, including families and volunteers
