Job Description
The Motley Fool is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Optimization to drive performance improvement across our business. This is a growth role that blends traditional CRO responsibilities with broader ownership of our site optimization strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience driving performance growth for a digital property
- Strong grasp of funnel optimization strategies across multiple channels
- Proven track record of implementing A/B tests that delivered measurable results
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as VWO, Convert, or Optimizely
- Fluency in Google Analytics and/or other web analytics platforms
- Sharp writing instincts, especially for conversion copy
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content generation, audience research, or A/B testing workflows
