Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience in the iGaming industry
- Fluent in English (native level or C2 proficiency)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently at night
- Tech-savvy (Zendesk experience is a plus)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset
