Bilingual Sr Case Planner

The New York Foundling is seeking a Bilingual Sr Case Planner to work with children and families in foster care. The role involves conducting home visits, providing referrals, and attending court hearings.

Requirements

• BA/MA in Psychology, Sociology or related field
• BSW or MSW with 1-2 years child welfare experience preferred
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to effectively negotiate systems for multi-problem families
• Experience with drug treatment populations preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Typing skills and computer literacy required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s license
