Operations Manager - SaaS - Logistiek & Douane

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our teams in delivering a SaaS platform for logistics service providers and customs brokers. The ideal candidate is someone who brings calm through structure, accelerates tempo without causing chaos, and enforces ownership through authority. The role requires fluency in Dutch and experience in SaaS/IT service delivery, with at least 6 years of experience and 2 years of leadership experience.

Requirements

• Dutch HBO work and thinking level
• At least 6 years of experience in SaaS / IT service delivery / software delivery
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience in managing multiple operational domains
• Affinity with logistics (customs experience is a plus, not a must)
