Director, Project Controls

The Nuclear Company is a startup in the nuclear and energy space with a fleet-scale approach to building nuclear reactors. The Director of Project Controls oversees project planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management processes for all major projects within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• 12+ years of experience in project controls or project management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and cost management
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Knowledge of industry-specific project controls standards and best practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
