ATS Support Analyst

Provide on-site support for health system automated systems, monitor operation of vehicle fleets, and resolve issues with elevators, cart washers, and network communication. Conduct rounds to ensure cleanliness and dispatch carts as necessary. Leverage dashboards and reports for system performance insights and use Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for documentation and sharing.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One year of experience with trouble shooting electrical, mechanical, or computer systems
