The Marketing & Communications Associate is a core member of the marketing and communications team, working closely with the Marketing & Communications team and enterprise leadership. This role has a dual focus: approximately 50% organizational communications and 50% marketing execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of relevant professional experience required in communications and/or marketing. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating social media posts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Teams; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to partner effectively across functions and with leadership.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, a plus.
