The Nurse Manager oversees patient care operations for a designated area, plans and develops strategic goals to enhance and improve operations, manages and evaluates staff performance, and promotes collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing
• Current Ohio RN license
• Minimum of three years RN clinical experience and two years management experience in relevant care setting
• Holds a current certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise
