Registration & Scheduling Coordinator's at the Wexner Medical Center are experts in product, process, or service line areas such as physician appointment scheduling, OR/admission, full-service scheduling, insurance verification, patient liability determination and communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• PC knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• Minimum of six months of experience in customer service or a healthcare environment
• Experience with Windows, Excel, and Intranet/internet navigation tools, medical terminology, coding, and third-party reimbursement experience
