Program Coordinator for Mentoring and Strategic Initiatives

The Program Coordinator for Mentoring and Strategic Initiatives (MSI) will coordinate programming, handle logistical details for several projects and initiatives, and serve as a liaison between the MSI Team and key stakeholders on and off campus.

Requirements

• Experience with mentoring, recruitment, and retention initiatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
• Experience independently and successfully managing multiple projects at once
• Experience learning and managing complex and detailed organizational processes
• Strong administrative, interpersonal, and cultural competencies
