Job Description
The Soft Wheat Quality Laboratory is seeking a Research Assistant 2 to support lab activities, including performing routine quality evaluation of wheat grains, collecting and preparing samples, and maintaining records. The successful candidate is preferred to hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience working in a cereal grain biochemistry and quality evaluation laboratory or a similar environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a cereal grain biochemistry or quality evaluation laboratory (or similar environment)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Effective communication and organizational skills
