Staff Nurse - 4 Ross Cardiovascular Surgery and Transplant

The Staff Nurse provides patient care and supportive services to achieve positive patient care outcomes, maximize patient involvement, improve service levels, and reduce hospitalization length and costs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing
• Current Ohio license or interim permit
• Previous experience in a relevant care setting preferred
• Maintains and seeks new knowledge related to evidence based practice, patient care issues, quality improvement, cost reduction, current policies, procedures, and protocols
• Demonstrates computer skills required to meet job functions
