Job Description
Join our team as an IT Recruitment and Sales Consultant, identifying and attracting top tech profiles, conducting interviews, and developing a portfolio of clients in the tech sector.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of post-graduate experience
- Experience in tech profiles (developers, product, data, design) and/or talent hunting
- Comfortable with commercial development and prospecting
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Ability to manage multiple missions in parallel and remain organized
- Curious, proposal-oriented, and results-driven
- First experience in a tech startup or scale-up, and mastery of digital sourcing tools and CRM (bonus)
