Housing Manager

Opus Agency is seeking a Housing Manager to oversee all aspects of corporate event housing logistics. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with hotels, clients, and attendees, ensuring seamless housing experiences and aligning with the agency's vision for event marketing. Candidates should have strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of management experience in a relevant role; prior experience in corporate events preferred
• Experience with Cvent, Rainfocus, Stova (Aventri, eventcore, MeetingPlay), Swoogo, Eventbase
• Bachelor's degree from four-year institution is preferred
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel): spreadsheet experience strongly preferred
