Campaign Organizer

The Outreach Team is hiring a Campaign Organizer for a full-time position beginning in January 2026 and continuing through November 2026. The role involves recruiting, training, and working with volunteers to drive action for electoral reform in Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Recruit and train a community of volunteer activists
• Call and text supporters to engage them in grassroots actions
• Identify new volunteers and run grassroots skills training
• Represent the campaign in community spaces and events
• Generate campaign actions, including collecting signatures and organizing events
• Manage digital campaign, data management, and reporting tools
