Field Director

The Outreach Team is hiring Field Directors to join an important and exciting petitioning campaign in Los Angeles, CA. Field Directors will recruit, train, and manage a team of local petitioners who will gather signatures from registered Los Angeles voters to qualify an initiative for an upcoming election.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Ability to motivate, grow, and manage a large team
• Canvassing experience, paid or volunteer
• Extreme attention to detail and a proven ability to instill that quality in others
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
