Requirements

• Minimum 3 years general corporate and transactional experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Bar admission in any jurisdiction with good standing
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate transactions
• Experience advising on real estate legal issues
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally
• Problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound and practical business judgment
