Requirements

• Study in design, communication, or a comparable field
• Experience as a creative director, senior art director, or senior writer/conceptor
• Leadership of inter-disciplinary teams and strategic brand understanding
• Outstanding conceptual strength, language feel, and passion for good ideas, clear language, and creative excellence
• Hands-on mentality and ability to implement in detail
• Presentation-proof and ability to convey ideas convincingly to internal stakeholders and B2B partners
