Summer Intern, Accounts Payable

This internship will provide hands-on experience working in the Accounts Payable Department, with opportunities to learn and enhance skills. The candidate will work on various projects, including the Electronic Invoicing Project, Citi Payment Exchange Project, and Agency Vendor Management Project.

Requirements

• Enrollment at a college or university at the time of the internship
• Major in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and systems such as SAP
• Basic accounting knowledge and comfort using standard business machines (scanner, fax, telephone, copier)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to rotate among assignments and strong work initiative
