We are looking for an Administrative Employee at Schiphol to support the recruitment process and administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing data in various systems, and providing customer-oriented service.
Requirements
- Knowledge/experience in the recruitment process
- Experience with ATS systems or various HR applications
- Back office experience
- Customer-oriented work
- At least 3 years of experience with mentioned tasks
- Completed HBO degree
- Dutch as mother tongue and good command of English
