Functioneel Analist

X is a logistics company that provides solutions to leading global (retail) brands. We are a truly independent 4PL, finding the best carriers and rates while managing all PO’s and shipments through our cloud-based IT platform. We are looking for a Functional Analyst to contribute to the proper functioning of our system landscape and solve technical- and IT related problems for internal & external clients.

Requirements

• Support: Receive notification from colleagues or partners when they are experiencing issues with our IT-applications and diagnose these issues.
• Development: Create new functionality, manage stories for developers, and test and accept or reject changes.
• Processes: Create process flow in BlueWorksLive, update or establish and document IT Standard Operating Procedure.
• Data Quality: Check data for consistency, accuracy and completeness, and coordinate checks with operational teams and IT department.
