Job Description
The Preferred Supplier is looking for a Compensation Advisor in Delft. The role involves bridging the needs of the client and the company's policy, and is a versatile and dynamic function where no day is the same.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level with a specialized education in PDL and/or VPS
- At least 4 years of work experience
- Excellent command of Dutch and English language in speech and writing
- Knowledge and expertise in forms of detaching (sending, payroll, contracting)
- Knowledge and expertise in the 30% ruling and knowledge migrant scheme
- Work experience with AFAS CRM is a plus
