Job Description
WinTech is seeking a Senior CRO Manager to drive 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter. This role involves end-to-end optimization cycles, data analysis, UI/UX design, and collaboration with developers. Requirements
- Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels.
- Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling mockups.
- Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook.
