Front of House Manager
High school diploma/GED & bachelor's degree preferred. Hospitality experience and certifications like Bartending/Culinary are essential. Must be able to perform basic math and communicate professionally
Line Cook
Prior cooking experience, kitchen equipment skills, and strong techniques are required. A diploma from a culinary school is a plus
Sous Chef
5+ years experience in a full service, high volume, scratch kitchen; formal culinary training and education is a plus; Servsafe certified or Food Handler certification preferred
Executive Sous Chef
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef, culinary degree, and strong leadership and communication skills
