Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care for residents, ensuring that care is provided in accordance with the care plan. This includes collaboration with residents, their advocates, medical officers, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating nursing and personal care services
- High motivation and a positive attitude
- Empathetic nature and commitment to meeting Aged Care Standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical software
- Understanding of WH&S principles in nursing care delivery
- Current National Police Certificate (compliant with the Aged Care Act)
- AHPRA registration and current practicing certificate
- Current flu vaccination
