Payroll Administrator (Full-Time Term - 2 Years ) 2025-062

REAL is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and benefits for a large-scale organization. The role involves processing payroll, managing benefits programs, and providing support to HR, while ensuring accurate and timely transactions. This is a 2-year temporary position with full-time hours.

Requirements

• National Payroll Institute Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification is required
• Post-secondary education in payroll and computer courses (Microsoft Applications, automated payroll and time & attendance systems)
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a computerized payroll environment
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Experience in advanced functions of computers
• Skills in written and verbal communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience with WorkLinks and Kronos/UKG time & attendance systems (asset)
• Results oriented
